Decorated Christmas Cookies



Ingredients:

3 cups of wheat flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 cup of butter (softened)

1 cup of sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Topping: royal icing and colorful sprinkles


Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.


Mix the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla.


Add the flour and baking powder. Mix until a dough forms.


Roll out the dough and cut with Christmas cutters.


Bake for 8-10 minutes. Decorate with royal icing and sprinkles.
