Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients:
1 pie crust
2 cups pumpkin puree
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Pour filling into pie crust and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
